Universal Orlando Private Theme Park VIP Tours
What You Can Expect on a VIP Tour
While Universal offers a very valuable Express Pass service, the honest truth is the Universal only promises that the Express Lines will never be longer than half as long as the regular lines. So, a ride with a regular wait time of 60 to 90 minutes can still have an Express Line wait of 30 to 45 minutes. That’s why we offer a Private Universal Orlando VIP Tour service with guides who know how to get your family the lowest possible wait times!
Maximize Your Express Pass
By knowing how the crowds move at the Universal parks, and knowing which rides get busiest at which times during the day, our guides are able to help our guests visit the attractions in the best order so that they enjoy Express Lines that average 5 to 10 minutes each!
Efficiency and Service
Magical Tours is owned and operated by a former Disney employee, and all of our guides have been trained with the same high quality standards Disney is known for. We are here to make your day as Magical as it can be!
Insider Help at Both Universal Parks
We offer VIP Tours of both Universal Orlando theme parks – the Universal Studios Florida theme park, and the Islands of Adventure theme park. In fact most of the time, with a “park to park ticket” and a “2-park Express Pass”, we can help you enjoy all the rides at both theme parks in just one day!
Help With Ticket Purchasing
Universal’s online ticket system is not the easiest to understand, but we know which theme park ticket and Express Pass combinations are the best to have, and we can help your family by ordering them for you (at no additional cost, other than the cost of the tickets)!
How Our VIP Tours Operate
With over 10 years of experience in giving VIP Tours, we have formulated a game plan that allows us to maximize your family’s time in the parks by following just a few, simple guidelines.
Early Start Means More Rides
Our guides will meet you at the theme park, usually about 30 minutes before the park opens, to help get your family in ahead of the heavy crowds and straight to the big rides before the Express Lines get out of control. We highly recommend you keep your mornings open and free of any breakfast reservations or other scheduled stops during your tour.
Follow the Leader
Our VIP Tour guides have years of experience and insider knowledge, and may frequently recommend things that go against what most “guide books” tell people to do. Trusting in your guide’s leadership will frequently mean wait times of only 5 to 10 minutes for most rides, when other families will be experiencing 30 minutes or longer with their Express Passes.
Help Us Help You
Before your tour ever begins, we will contact you with questions to help us plan your itinerary. The more detailed you are with the questions we have, the better a plan we will be able to put together for your family.
On the flip side, unexpected things can happen at the parks during the day. Inexperienced families will be caught off guard and may find their best plans going down the drain. However, our guides know how to handle just about anything that can come up during a tour, and by following their recommendations they can help you avoid many of the pitfalls other families will fall in to.
The Cost of Our VIP Tours
Compared to Universal’s own in-house tours, that cost upwards of $250+ per person for just 5 hours (and that’s not even a “private” tour – that’s their group tour rates!), we try to keep our services as reasonable as possible.
For families that would like to use our services for more than a single day, we are happy to offer reduced rates.
Our VIP Tour Format
Our Universal Orlando private tour rates are based on families of up to 6 guests (ages 3 and up). For families larger than 6 guests, additional fees may apply.
All members of your group will need to purchase Universal Express Passes in addition to their Universal theme park tickets. If you like, we are happy to help you by purchasing them on your behalf at no additional fee.
All of our VIP Tours start as soon as the parks open in the morning and last until 6 PM in the evening. If the park you are touring closes before 6 PM, your guide will be available to you (until 6 PM) should you wish to visit another park or the Disney Springs area.
Our VIP Tour Rates
During most weekdays, our single-park VIP Tours are priced starting at a flat $200, while our two-park VIP Tours are priced starting at a flat $300.
During most weekends, Friday through Sunday, our single-park VIP Tours are priced starting at a flat $300, while our two-park VIP Tours are priced starting at a flat $500.
During busy seasons, such as Spring Break and the holidays, our VIP Tours may be priced higher, based on the expected crowd levels.
Our Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel, we are happy to refund you your entire amount, minus a 10% planning and processing fee, so long as you cancel with us no later than 60 days prior to your tour day.
We are sorry, but due to the logistics in planning for a tour, we cannot offer refunds for guests who cancel with us less than 60 days in advance.
In addition, due to the high demand on our services during the busy seasons and holiday periods, we cannot offer any refunds for any tours booked during those times.
